摘 要:新冠肺炎疫情全球流行导致我国中外合作办学在招生、教学和就业等方面受到前所未有的挑战。习近平总书记在全国教育大会上指出,“要推进产学研协同创新,积极投身实施创新驱动发展战略,着重培养创新型、复合型、应用型人才”。后疫情时代,中外合作办学高校的创新创业教育也呈现出新的特点,例如,新兴产业层出不穷、线上教学成为常态、自媒体创业成为趋势等。面对因疫情影响双创教育在实践过程中遇到的困难,要突破传统模式的束缚,做到四个“转型”,教育理念转型、角色定位转型、教学方法转型、内涵发展转型,在新时代征程中探索双创教育的新模式,在危机中育新机,在变局中开新局。The global COVID-19 has caused Sino-foreign Cooperative Education to face unprecedented challenges in recruitment, teaching and employment. Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference, “It is necessary to promote collaborative innovation among industry, academia and research institutes, actively engage in the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies, and focus on cultivating innovative, compound and applied talents”. In the post-COVID-19 era, innovation and entrepreneurship education in Sino-foreign cooperatively-run universities has also shown new characteristics, such as emerging industries, online teaching be-coming the norm, and self-media entrepreneurship becoming a trend. In the face of the difficulties encountered in the practice of dual-innovation education due to the impact of the epidemic, it is necessary to break through the shackles of the traditional model and achieve four “transfor-mations”, such as the transformation of educational concepts, role positioning, teaching methods, and connotation development, explore new models of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in the journey of the new era, cultivate new opportunities in crises, and open up new prospects in changes.
