将医学精神融入“一站式”学生社区综合管理建设的路径探索

摘　　要：建设“一站式”学生社区,是贯彻落实党的二十大精神和2023年全国两会精神的重要举措,是构建高校思想政治工作新生态的重要支撑,是推进“时代新人铸魂工程”的重要行动。本文分析了高校“一站式”学生社区建设和管理现状及存在的不足。基于医科类院校的办学特色与育人理念,本文提出将医学精神融入“一站式”学生社区。通过不断优化学生社区建设,积极探索适合医科类高校发展的学生社区建设新模式,努力将“一站式”学生社区打造成医学生“三全育人”的重要平台。Building a “one-stop” student community is an important measure to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the 2023 National Two Sessions, an important support for building a new ecology of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and an important action to promote the “new generation of talents for the era”. This paper analyzes the current situation and deficiencies of the construction and management of the “one-stop” student community in colleges and universities. Based on the characteristics and educational philosophy of medical colleges, this article proposes integrating the spirit of medicine into the “one-stop” student community. Through continuous optimization of student community construction, colleges and universities actively ex-plore new models of student community construction suitable for the development of medical col-leges, and strive to build the “one-stop” student community into an important platform for “three-in-one education” for medical students.
