摘 要:毕业生人数的逐年攀升,给高校就业指导工作带来了前所未有的挑战。为缓解这一问题,进一步提升毕业生就业质量,本研究提出了全程化就业指导服务。在该服务体系中,辅导员群体具有年龄结构、工作内容、岗位性质等方面的优势。为充分发挥以上优势,本研究认为应当将辅导员队伍从事务性工作中剥离出来,注重发挥其连接作用,以该群体为核心,以点带面,调动学校、家长、企业、社会机构等主体的积极性,共同为学生就业指导工作贡献力量。The increasing number of graduates has brought unprecedented challenges to the employment guidance work in universities. To alleviate this problem and further improve the quality of gradu-ates’ employment, this study proposes a comprehensive employment guidance service. In this ser-vice system, the counselor group has advantages in terms of age structure, job content, and job na-ture. In order to fully leverage the above advantages, this study suggests that the team of counse-lors should be separated from transactional work and emphasized on their connecting role. Universities should take this group as the core, point by point, and mobilize the enthusiasm of schools, parents, enterprises, social institutions, and other entities to jointly contribute to the employment guidance work for students.
