摘  要:为强化基础阶段英语教师队伍建设,当前学科教学(英语)教育硕士培养院校不断增加。本研究基于学生视角,对Q大学这一非师范类综合性大学英语教育硕士的培养方案、课程设置、师资力量、培养方式及教学质量评价5个维度开展问卷调查与访谈。研究发现,该校英语教育硕士培养模式尽管整体上获得学生肯定,但还存在培养目标定位模糊、课程设置缺乏科学性、实践能力培养缺乏保障和导师队伍建设缺乏引导、管理和沟通机制等问题,本文提出准确定位培养目标、优化课程设置、加强师资队伍建设、加强联合培养体与实习基地的建设等建议,以期为改善该校英语教育硕士培养模式提供参考依据,同时也供其他非师范类综合性大学借鉴。In order to strengthen the construction of English teachers in the basic stage, the current number of institutions for the training of Master of English Education is increasing. Based on students’ perspectives, this study conducted questionnaires and interviews on five dimensions of the M.Ed. in English education training program, curriculum, faculty strength, training methods and teaching quality evaluation at Q University, a non-normal comprehensive university. The study found that although the overall cultivation model of master of English education of this university was affirmed by students, there were still problems such as ambiguous positioning of training objectives, lack of science in curriculum setting, lack of guarantee for practical ability cultivation and lack of guidance, management and communication mechanism for supervisory team building, etc. This paper proposes accurate positioning of training objectives, optimization of curriculum setting, strengthening of faculty building, and strengthening the construction of joint training body and internship base. This paper proposes suggestions for improving the cultivation model of M.A. in English education in this university, and also for other non-normal comprehensive universities to learn from.
