摘  要:随着我国社会工作教育的发展,其实践教学虽取得一定成绩,但结合实际调研和文献阅读来看,当前社会工作专业实践教学体系仍存在实践教学理念落后、实践教学方式单一、实践教学内容碎片化、实践师资实务性弱、实践基地活力缺乏等问题。为更好地应对当前社会治理的新要求,培育符合新时代需求的社会工作人才,社会工作专业实践教学体系迫切需要以培养高素质应用型社工人才为目标,抓住机遇,顺应发展,从育人理念、师资配置、教学层次和实践板块等多角度不断优化,探索出适合地方本科院校社工专业“1234”实践教学体系的建设路径,帮助社会工作更好发挥专业优势,更高效服务社会各群体,更好地发挥基本民生保障、基层社会治理、基本社会服务等职责。With the development of social work education in our country, although practical teaching has achieved certain results, based on actual research and literature reading, the current practical teaching system of social work majors still faces problems such as outdated practical teaching concepts, single practical teaching methods, fragmented practical teaching content, weak practical teaching ability of practical teachers, and lack of vitality in practical bases. In order to better meet the new requirements of current social governance and cultivate social work talents that meet the needs of the new era, the practical teaching system of social work profession urgently needs to aim at cultivating high-quality applied social work talents, seize opportunities, adapt to development, continuously optimize from multiple perspectives such as educational concepts, teacher allocation, teaching levels, and practical sectors, explore the construction path of the “1234” practical teaching system suitable for local undergraduate colleges and universities, help social work better leverage its professional advantages, more efficiently serve various groups in society, and better fulfill its responsibilities such as basic livelihood security, grassroots social governance, and basic social services.
