新工科背景下多方协同育人模式的思考与对策——以宿州学院地矿类专业为例

摘  要:为深入了解新工科背景下地方高校协同育人模式构建的特点,本文以新工科建设为背景,阐述了新工科对育人模式的要求,分析了多方协同育人模式的现状,结合宿州学院地矿类专业现状及问题,提出了宿州学院地矿类专业应该:(1) 加强市场调研,协同制订培养目标;(2) 建立动态机制,协同培养模式调整;(3) 重视实践教学,协同共建实践模式;(4) 加强院系协同,培养复合型人才。研究结果对地方本科高校新工科多方协同育人模式的构建具有一定借鉴意义。In order to gain a deeper understanding of the characteristics of the collaborative education models construction in local universities under the background of new engineering, the paper expounds the requirements of new engineering for education mode, analyzes the current situation of multi-party collaborative education mode, combing with the current situation and problems of geology and mineral resources specialty in Suzhou University, puts forward that the geological and mineral majors of Suzhou University should: (1) strengthen market research, work out training objectives in collaboration;(2) establish dynamic mechanism, adjust the collaborative training mode;(3) attach importance to the education mode practice teaching, cooperation and co-construction of practice mode;(4) strengthen the coordination of colleges and departments, and cultivate compound talents. The results have certain reference significance for the construction of a multi-party collaborative education model for new engineering disciplines in local undergraduate universities.
