摘　　要：新时代背景下,三教统筹协同创新发展是高校建设高质量教育体系的重要途径,也是实现教育现代化的关键举措。而基于校校合作的三教统筹协同创新发展策略研究,是一个涉及教育资源整合、教学模式创新以及人才培养体系优化的重要议题。校校合作通过长效合作机制有助于高校在保持自身特色的同时,实现资源共享和优势互补,最终推动教育质量、科研水平和社会服务能力的整体提升。因此,本文分析了校校合作的社会学背景、校校合作模式下的三教统筹的社会学理论基础以及存在的问题,并以上海出版印刷高等专科学校(以下简称“版专”)为例,探讨其与上海理工大学(以下简称“理工”)在三教统筹协同创新发展上的合作方式,同时针对性地从政策制度、课程体系、师资队伍建设、产学研结合四方面为三教统筹协同创新发展提出策略建议,为实现教育资源的优化配置,促进教育质量的整体提升提供有益思路。In the context of the new era, the coordinated and innovative development of the integration of teaching, research, and service is an important approach to building a high-quality educational system in universities and a key measure to achieve educational modernization. The research on the strategy of coordinated and innovative development of the integration of teaching, research, and service based on university-university cooperation is a significant topic involving the integration of educational resources, innovation in teaching models, and optimization of talent cultivation systems. University-university cooperation facilitates resource sharing and complementary advantages among universities through long-term cooperative mechanisms, while maintaining their unique characteristics, ultimately promoting the overall improvement of educational quality, research levels, and social service capabilities.
