摘　　要：随着高等教育的发展,研究生教育已成为培养高层次人才的重要途径。地方高校在研究生招生和培养质量提升等方面都存在一定劣势,遇到一些亟待解决的问题。本文通过分析当前地方高校研究生招生的现状,探讨招生策略与培养质量提升之间的关系,提出相应的建议,希望为提高地方高校研究生培养质量提供参考。With the development of higher education, graduate education has become an important way to cultivate high-level talents. Local universities have certain disadvantages in graduate enrollment and improving the quality of training, and encounter some urgent problems that need to be solved. This article analyzes the current situation of graduate enrollment in local universities, explores the relationship between enrollment strategies and the improvement of training quality, and puts forward corresponding suggestions, hoping to provide reference for improving the quality of graduate training in local universities.
