摘　　要：本文深入分析了当前大学生群体的思想行为特质及其心理健康状态,并阐明了这两方面之间复杂的内在联系。研究表明,00后大学生展现出了思想的多元性、个性的鲜明性以及显著的竞争性和功利性取向。这些特点既促进了他们的创新思维和批判能力的发展,同时也可能导致个人主义倾向的加剧、对虚拟世界的过度沉溺,以及不恰当的竞争态度和功利心理。此外,大学生普遍面临着较高的心理压力,包括自我认知的不确定性和人际交往的紧张等问题,这些都是心理教育需要关注的课题。This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of thought and behavior and the state of mental health of the current college students, and clarifies the complex internal relationship between these two aspects. The research shows that post-00s college students show the diversity of thought, the brightness of personality and the significant competitive and utilitarian orientation. These characteristics not only promote the development of their innovative thinking and critical ability, but also may lead to the intensification of individualism, overindulgence in the virtual world, and inappropriate competitive attitude and utilitarian psychology. In addition, college students generally face high psychological pressure, including the uncertainty of self-knowledge and the tension of interpersonal communication, which are the issues that psychological education needs to pay attention to.
