摘  要:本研究聚焦于幼儿园教师心理健康教育培训体系的构建,旨在通过系统的培训提升教师的心理素质,进而促进其在教育教学工作中的表现。研究采用理论分析与实践探索相结合的方式,详细阐述了幼儿园教师心理健康教育培训体系的内涵、目标、内容、方法以及评估机制。通过该体系的构建与实施,我们期望能够为幼儿园教师提供一个全面、专业、持续的心理健康教育培训平台,从而推动教师队伍的整体素质提升。This study focuses on the construction of a psychological health education and training system for kindergarten teachers, aiming to enhance their psychological qualities through systematic training and promote their performance in educational and teaching work. The study adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and practical exploration to elaborate on the connotation, objectives, content, methods, and evaluation mechanism of the psychological health education and training system for kindergarten teachers. Through the construction and implementation of this system, we hope to provide a comprehensive, professional, and continuous mental health education and training platform for kindergarten teachers, thereby promoting the overall quality improvement of the teaching staff.
