摘　　要：产业数字化转型背景下行业对人才需求有了更高的要求,数字化技能在铁道工程领域广泛应用,学生需要掌握新兴技术的基本原理和应用方法,能够运用数字化工具进行施工管理和维护。陕西铁路工程职业技术学院铁道工程技术专业通过优化人才培养模式,建设高水平数字化技术教学团队,基于数字化技术开展教学改革,旨在提升产业数字化转型背景下人才培养质量。Under the background of industrial digital transformation, the industry has higher requirements for talents. Digital skills are widely used in the field of railway engineering.
