摘 要:为了切实执行“学生为中心”的教学理念,落实每个学生都是自己学习的“全代理”,提高人才培养质量。在分析“学生为中心”的教学理念基础上,结合地方高校电子信息工程专业的毕业生在答辩前返校时的就业率现状和毕业论文初稿质量情况,把握学生是就业和毕业设计的主题和核心,提出指导教师应发挥积极的指导作用,通过问题导向、针对性个性化辅导、线上线下等方式,辅导学生完成就业和毕业设计。上述措施带来良好的效果,就业率从返校时的69%左右提升到90%,答辩通过率100%,毕业设计论文优秀率达到8%左右。上述做法达到了“学生为中心”理念在毕业生指导中的探索与实践的目的,取得了较为满意的效果,可为“学生为中心”教学理念的进一步研究提供参考。In order to effectively implement the teaching concept of “student-centered”, implement that each student is the “full agent” of their own learning, and improve the quality of talent cultivation. Based on the analysis of the teaching philosophy of “student-centered”, combined with the employment rate and the quality of the first draft of the graduation thesis of graduates majoring in Electronic Information Engineering from the local university who return to school, we grasp that students are the theme and core of employment and graduation design, and propose that guidance teachers should play an active guiding role through problem-oriented, targeted personalized guidance, online and offline methods, assist students in completing employment and graduation design. The above measures have brought good results, with the employment rate increasing from around 69% when returning to school to 90%, the passing rate of graduation design reaching 100%, and the excellent rate of graduation design papers reaching around 8%.
