摘 要:随着社会压力的增大,大学生的心理问题愈发严峻,传统心理咨询已难以满足日益复杂的需求,而朋辈心理辅导作为一种新兴的心理危机干预方式正逐渐受到更多关注。本研究以Y大学为案例,探讨朋辈心理辅导在心理危机干预中的应用,通过对914名大学生进行自编的朋辈心理辅导线上调查,发现其对朋辈心理辅导的满意度和认可度都较高。本研究分析了朋辈心理辅导的背景、现状、重要性,指出其存在的不足,并提出相关的改进策略,进而完善高校心理危机干预体系,提高干预措施的应用效率和实际效果。With the increasing social pressure, the psychological problems of college students have become increasingly severe, and traditional psychological counseling is no longer able to meet the increasingly complex needs. Peer psychological counseling, as an emerging form of psychological crisis intervention, is gradually receiving more attention. This study takes Y University as a case study to explore the application of peer psychological counseling in psychological crisis intervention. Through a self-designed online survey of 914 college students on peer psychological counseling, it was found that their satisfaction and recognition of peer psychological counseling were relatively high. This study analyzed the background, current situation, and importance of peer psychological counseling, pointed out its shortcomings, and proposed relevant improvement strategies to improve the psychological crisis intervention system in universities, enhance the application efficiency and practical effectiveness of intervention measures.
