摘  要:面向学生双创教育、能力提升和高质量就业需求,提出了三驱三引的“岗课赛证业”人才培养模式,回答了人才培养“为什么、为了谁、怎么干”的问题,让学生有序“卷起来、活起来、强起来”。详细介绍了团队师资团队建设、课程体系、实践建设实践体系、保障体系等方面的具体举措。实践证明,本模式能够有效提升学生双创成果,有力促进高质量就业和教师团队成长。In response to the demands of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education, ability enhancement, and high-quality employment, a “post-course-competition-certificate-employment” talent cultivation model driven by three forces and guided by three directions has been proposed. This model addresses the questions of “why, for whom, and how” in talent cultivation, enabling students to be orderly “engaged, active, and strong”. This paper elaborates on specific measures in aspects such as the construction of the teaching team, the curriculum system, the practical training system, and the guarantee system. Practical evidence shows that this model can effectively enhance students’ innovation and entrepreneurship achievements, significantly promote high-quality employment, and facilitate the growth of the teaching team.
