摘 要:为了将血管造影用X射线装置对周围环境可能产生的辐射影响减少到“可合理达到的尽可能低的水平” ,本文采用屏蔽估算的方法进行辐射环境影响预测分析并提出辐射防护措施,结果表明在透视模式下,血管造影用X射线装置机房四周环境各关注点处的辐射剂量率能够满足《放射诊断放射防护要求》(GBZ130-2020)中“具有透视功能的X射线设备在透视条件下检测时,周围剂量当量率应不大于2.5 μSv/h”的限值要求。通过本文屏蔽计算,为此类项目的环境影响评价提供了借鉴,为医院的辐射防护设计提供了科学依据。In order to reduce the possible radiation impact of the X-ray device used for angiography on the surrounding environment to "the lowest possible level that can be reasonably achieved", this paper adopts the shielding estimation method to predict the radiation environmental impact and propose radiation protection measures. The results show that under the fluoroscopic mode, The radiation dose rate at each point of concern in the surrounding environment of the X-ray device for angiography can meet the limit requirement of "When X-ray equipment with fluoroscopy function is tested under fluoroscopic conditions, the surrounding dose equivalent rate should not exceed 2.5 μSv/h" in the requirements for Radiological Protection in Radiological diagnosis (GBZ130-2020). This paper provides a reference for the environmental impact assessment of such projects and a scientific basis for the radiation protection design of hospitals.
