平原湖区山水林田湖草一体化保护与修复路径探析

摘  要:山水林田湖草沙是相互依存、紧密联系的生命共同体,必须以系统观念进行一体化的保护和修复。目前国家已在“三区四带”重要生态屏障区域部署实施44个山水工程项目,但针对地势平坦、河网密集、水动力条件弱、水生态环境问题突出的平原湖区的一体化保护和修复工作还没有先例。本次以洪湖山水项目为例,对平原湖区的山水林田湖草一体化保护和修复思路进行探讨,旨在对有类似生态环境特征区域的生态修复工作提供有价值的参考。The mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands and deserts are interdependent and closely related part of the community of life. Currently, the country has implemented 44 Shanshui projects in the important ecological barrier areas of “three zones and four belts”. However, there is no precedent for integrated protection and restoration of plain lake areas with flat terrain, dense river networks, weak hydrodynamic conditions, and prominent aquatic ecological environmental issues. This time, taking the Honghu Lake Shanshui Project as an example, we discuss the idea of integrated protection and restoration of the plain lake area, aiming to provide valuable reference for ecological restoration work in areas with similar ecological and environmental characteristics.
