摘  要:应对气候变化已是全人类共同面对的严峻挑战,努力探索和践行绿色低碳的高质量发展之路成为必由路径。贯彻落实党的二十大会议精神,切实推进土壤环境保护与管理利用工作,以实现碳达峰、碳中和战略目标。本文从低碳发展的概念及与绿色发展、可持续发展的内涵关系分析入手,结合绿色低碳发展背景下,基于土壤环境保护领域面临的现状问题分析,总结提出应从耕地质量保护和提升,土壤系统承载力保持,土壤固碳增汇潜力发挥、土壤污染治理与修复技术提升等方面开展系列研究与实践工作,以实现我国土壤资源的高效利用与保护目标。Addressing climate change has become a serious challenge for human, and as an advocate of the concept of “community of human destiny”, China is striving to explore and practice the path of green and low-carbon high-quality development as a necessary path. Implementing the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, we should effectively promote soil environmental protection and management and utilization, in order to achieve the strategic goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. In this paper, basing on the analysis of the concept of low carbon development and its relationship with the connotation of green development and sustainable development, combined with the analysis of the current situation in the field of soil environmental protection under the background of green and low carbon development, we summarized that a series of researches and practical work in the aspects of arable land quality protection and enhancement, soil system load-bearing capacity maintenance, the realization of soil sequestration and sinks potential, and the enhancement of soil pollution control and remediation technology should be carried out, in order to achieve the goal of efficient use and protection of soil in China.
