Occurrence of multidrug resistant Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) producing </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Enterobactaeraceae</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> pose</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">s</span><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> the greatest risk to public health by raising morbidity and mortality by six folds in developing countries.
