摘  要:简要综述国内外PMP/PMF研究进展与应用,收集澜沧江–湄公河流域现有的PMP估算结果,并给出缅甸、泰国和越南近年的研究应用实例,分析评价各种PMP/PMF估算方法的优缺点及应用局限,研究探讨基于卫星反演降水数据估算稀缺资料地区的PMP的可行性和合理性。本文给出的PMP估算结果,可为湄公河流域水利水电工程设计洪水和防洪减灾提供参考。The advancement and application of probable maximum precipitation/flood (PMP/PMF) estimation in home and abroad were briefly reviewed, and the current PMP estimation results in the Lancang-Mekong River basin were summarized, the case study in recent years in the Burma, Thailand and Vietnam were also given. The advancements and limitations of different PMP/PMF estimation methods were analyzed and evaluated, and the feasibility and rational of using satellite precipitation data to estimate PMP in data-sparse regions were also explored. The PMP estimation results given in this study can provide references for the design flood of water resources projects, flood control and disaster relief in the Mekong River basin.
