摘 要:具有调节能力的水库对径流具有较大的影响,针对毕节市重要饮用水水源地倒天河水库对径流影响的归因问题,采用降雨–径流归因分析方法,以及几种反映径流年内分配的参数,对倒天河水库运行调度对径流的影响程度展开分析。结果显示,倒天河水库调蓄作用,对径流改变的贡献程度占比接近100%,且对径流的改变,主要体现在枯水期,径流的年内分配呈现出趋于更不均匀的态势。结合归因分析、年内分配分析的结果,倒天河水库与一般水库调度结果有一定差异,显示倒天河水库运行调度方案有待进一步优化,需进一步完善枯期下游生态流量的保障措施。Reservoirs with regulation capacity have a great impact on the annual distribution of runoff. In view of the impact of Daotianhe Reservoir on the runoff, the important drinking water source in Bijie City, the runoff-precipitation attribution analysis method and some parameters of annual runoff distribution were used to analyze the impact on runoff by the operation and regulation of reservoir. The results show that the contribution of the reservoir to the change of runoff is 100%, and the changing mainly happens at non-flood season, while the inner-annual distribution of runoff tends to be more uneven. With the analysis results of attribution and inner-annual distribution, the operation of reservoir needs to be further optimized, and the guarantee measures of downstream ecological flow in dry season need to be improved.
