摘 要:依托水文、闸泵调度、河道工情等实时信息以及气象、潮位等相关预报信息,实现快速水情形势分析和风险评估,是区域防汛防台应急指挥工作亟待解决的问题。系统以浦东新区为研究区域,引入先进、成熟的水文时序数据服务和数学模型实时模拟技术,构建水文预报模型系统平台,实现了内河水位的实时预报,在作业预报及其预报精度上均取得了理想的成果,为浦东防汛应急指挥工作提供了科学有效的辅助决策信息。Relying on hydrology, sluice and pump scheduling, river conditions, as well as weather and tidal levels re-al-time forecasting information, to achieve rapid analysis of water conditions and risk assessment is an urgent issue in regional flood control and emergency command work. The hydrological forecast system in the Pudong New Area introduces advanced and mature hydrological time series data services and re-al-time simulation techniques of mathematical models. The constructed hydrological forecasting model system platform is serving real-time forecasting of inland river water levels, which has achieved ideal re-sults in operational forecasting and accuracy, providing scientifically effective auxiliary decision-making information for flood control and emergency command work.
