摘  要:在洪水应急巡测场景下,往往存在着许多困难与挑战,如测量设备安装速度慢、携带不便、操作复杂以及测量精度差等。针对上述问题,本文研发了一种便携、高效且测量精确的武大AiFlow手持式视觉测流仪,并在湖北襄阳马良坪水文站点和河北张家口石匣里水文站点进行比测实验,同时还在遵义赤水水文站和四川青衣江水文站参与了防洪演练,并在演练中展现出了较好的性能。应用结果表明该设备系统误差均满足测量精度的要求。此外,能为水文应急监测工作提供了强有力的设备支持与技术支撑。In flood emergency patrol scenarios, there are often many difficulties and challenges, such as slow installation of measurement equipment, inconvenient carrying, complicated operation and poor measurement accuracy. In response to the above problems, a portable, efficient and accurate Wuhan University AiFlow handheld visual flowmeter was developed in this paper, and comparative experiments were conducted at Maliangping Hydrological Station, Xiangyang, Hubei and Shizhali Hydrological Station, Zhangjiakou, Hebei. It was also participated in flood control exercises at Chishui Hydrological Station in Zunyi and Qingyijiang Hydrological Station in Sichuan, where the device shows better performance. The application results show that the systematic errors of this instrument meet the requirements of measurement accuracy. In addition, it can provide strong equipment support and technical support for hydrological emergency monitoring.
