摘　　要：随着油气化工行业施工技术和工艺技术的发展,法兰螺栓连接形式以其方便、快捷、稳定等特点,逐渐成为最主要的连接形式。沙特FFP项目的管件连接只有焊接和法兰螺栓连接形式,2英寸及2英寸以上的阀门均采用法兰螺栓连接,因此,在站场施工中,法兰管理尤为重要,将直接影响投产是否成功。本文根据沙特FFP项目7个站场的施工经验,对法兰紧固施工进行探讨和分析。With the development of construction technology and process technology in the oil and gas chemical industry, the flange bolt connection form has gradually become the most important connection form due to its convenience, fastness and stability. The pipe fittings of the Saudi Free Flow Pipeline System are in the form of only welded and flange bolted connections. Valves of 2 inches and above are connected by flange bolts. Therefore, flange management is particularly important in the construction of station yards, which will directly affect the success of production. This article discusses and analyzes the flange fastening construction based on the construction experience of the 7 stations in the Saudi Harad project.
