摘 要:随着海上油田开采年限的增加,大部分主力油田进入“高含水”阶段,据统计,渤海油田110个采油平台中50%以上的平台产液含水高于70%,15%以上的平台产液含水高于90%;同时,由于海上油田“保质增效”的需要,实现渤海区块年产能稳产3000万吨的目标,多数油田有提液的措施计划,大量产出液使得海上油田处理流程已接近或达到设计能力,制约了提液措施的实施,在这种背景下,海上油田部分平台针对生产水处理系统进行扩容改造,采用结构紧凑、国内先进的聚结除油工艺技术,深度分离油水两相,由于海上平台来液性质的不稳定性等因素导致处理效果不理想,因此需对聚结除油工艺进行优化,满足海上油田生产的需要。With the increase of the exploitation years of offshore oilfields, most of the main oilfields have entered the “high water cut” stage. According to statistics, more than 50% of the 110 oil production platforms in Bohai oilfield have a water cut of more than 70%, and more than 15% have a water cut of more than 90%;at the same time, according to the need of “quality and efficiency enhancement” of offshore oil fields, it is necessary to stabilize the annual production capacity of Bohai block at 30 million tons. Therefore, most oil fields have plans to increase production. However, a large amount of produced liquid makes the treatment process of offshore oil field close to or reach the design capacity, which restricts the implementation of liquid extraction measures. In this context, some offshore oil field platforms have expanded the capacity of the production water treatment system and adopted the compact and domestic advanced coalescence oil removal process technology to deeply separate the oil-water two phases. However, the treatment effect is not ideal due to the instability of the nature of the liquid from the offshore platform. Therefore, the coalescence oil removal process needs to be optimized to meet the needs of offshore oil field production.
