摘  要:在油气集输工程天然气场站建设中,各种施工材料种类繁多,尤其是管材规格多、材质种类多、对应的管件及配件种类复杂,相对应的焊接工艺复杂,焊接工程量大,在施工过程中则受工艺材料交付、气候条件、现场许可办理、施工作业点等因素影响。因此,其安装质量及进度直接影响整个项目的实施。为进一步提高工程质量,加快工程建设进度,降低施工成本,缩短工期,在优化设计的基础上,深入推进工厂化预制和模块化施工,既保证了安装精度,又减少了现场施工资源的投入,降低了作业人员的劳动强度,同时减少了现场高空作业和交叉作业,有效解决现场施工作业难题,取得了良好的经济效益;保证工艺管道的焊接质量,同时保证了油气田设施的运行安全。In the construction of natural gas stations for oil and gas gathering and transportation project, pipeline installation takes a considerable proportion of the whole project. The process of station construction itself has many characteristics, such as various diameters, complicated materials, wide ranges of wall thickness, large welding work quantities, etc. This process is usually influ-enced by material supply, equipment intersecting installation, climate condition, work plane, and many other factors. Therefore, the installation quality and schedule directly affect the implementation of the whole project. To further improve the project quality, speed up the progress, reduce the cost and shorten the construction period, on the basis of optimization design, deepening and advancing reformation of factory-like prefabrication and modular construction, will not only ensure the installation precision but also greatly reduce the security risks. It makes achievement of the modularization of stations process field installation. With the further simplified installation of process, it will sharply reduce the workload and high operation and intersection work on site.
