摘  要:综合考虑影响推靠式自动垂钻系统在直井钻进时井眼轨迹变化趋势的各个因素,设计开发了推靠式自动垂钻系统轨迹控制能力实验评价装置,介绍了实验评价装置实现功能情况,装置主要结构组成及关键参数的确定情况,不同工况井眼钻进趋势影响规律模拟过程功能设计及特点。通过该实验评价装置,能够了解推靠式自动垂钻系统轨迹控制的实现过程,改变井眼趋势的原理、地质因素及钻进参数对轨迹控制效果的影响,及综合考虑各因素情况下,井眼的变化情况,可开展新型推靠式自动垂钻系统研究及攻关。该评价实验装置为加深自动导向技术的认识和理解提供了平台,为自动垂钻系统的创新和发展提供了支撑。Taking into account various factors that affect the trajectory change trend of the Push-the-bit automatic vertical drilling system during vertical well drilling, an experimental evaluation device for the trajectory control ability of the Push-the-bit automatic vertical drilling system was designed and developed. The functional implementation of the experimental evaluation device, the determination of the main structural components and key parameters of the device, and the simulation process of the influence law of wellbore drilling trends under different working conditions were introduced. The functional design and characteristics of the simulation process were also discussed. Through this experimental evaluation device, it is possible to understand the implementation process of trajectory control for the push-the-bit automatic vertical drilling system, the principle of changing wellbore trends, the impact of geological factors and drilling parameters on trajectory control effectiveness, and the comprehensive consideration of changes in the wellbore under various factors. Therefore, research and breakthroughs can be carried out on a new type of push-the-bit automatic vertical drilling system. This evaluation experimental device provides a platform for deepening the understanding and comprehension of automatic guidance technology, and supports the innovation and development of automatic vertical drilling systems.
