摘 要:由稀土铝酸盐类蓄光材料所制成的聚酯蓄光纤维及耐隆蓄光纤维,探讨不同染料浓度对蓄光纤维之余辉亮度的影响,经实验发现当染剂浓度0.1%时,两者余辉亮度皆下降了90%以上;当浓度大於0.7%时,会完全遮盖两者蓄光纤维的余辉亮度表现,其原因在於染剂会阻碍纤维中蓄光材料吸收光线的效率及阻挡其发光的呈现;并且水浴染色的过程也容易使受潮水解的蓄光材料降低其发光特性,皆影响蓄光纤维之亮度表现。This study is to investigate the effect of the luminous intensity by varying the concentration of dyes in the polyester or polyamide luminescent fiber that made from alkaline earth metal type of aluminate luminescent material. The results show that the 0.1% dye concentration decreases the luminous intensity over 90%. If the dye concentration is more than 0.7%, the ability of afterglow of luminescent fibers might be losing. The reason is that the higher dyes concentration and the luminescent material hydrolyzed during the dying process in the hot water might retard the material light absorption and emitting efficiency.
