台湾私立大专院校董事会治理之研究

摘　　要：教育乃是百年之大业，但近年来私立大专院校董事会之治理弊案层出不穷，令人不尽怀疑台湾对财团法人的规范是否足以杜絶可能的弊端。本研究旨在探讨政府对私立学校董事会的监督现况及私立学校董事会行使经营权的运作缺失情形，进而剖析私立学校董事会治理机制之改进课题。研究建议私立学校不应只关心政府外部监督之相关规定，应加强内部监督机制的建立、内部资讯的透明、内部稽核制度的确实、董事会的专业能力培养与企业社会责任观念的建立。The purpose of this research is discussing the operating of the private universities board of directors surveillance, and the mechanism of private school board of directors. The research suggested the private school should not only care about the stipulation of the government outside supervision, should strengthen the internal surveillance mechanism, the transparent internal information, the internal inspect and audit system is truly, raise the specialized ability of board of directors and establishment of the enterprise society responsibility idea.
