摘　　要：在分析全日制法律硕士教育目前存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了解决问题的对策,包括出台指导性和操作性都较强的教育质量评价依据,保证教育质量,迎接多层次的教育评估;加强与实务界的交流,加强双师型教师队伍建设;加大经费投入,加快校外实践基地的规范建设;完善法律硕士(非法学)专业学位的培养方案,并落实到位,保证教育质量。为开展全日制法律硕士教育提供参考。On the analysis of the main problems of full-time master of law education at present,put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,including guidance and operational stronger education quality evaluation basis,ensure the quality of education,meet the multi-level education assessment;Strengthen the communication with the practice and strengthen the construction of double type teachers;Increase the funds investment,accelerate the construction of off-campus practice base specification;Improve the professional degree of master of law(illegal)training plan and put in place,ensure the quality of education.Provide reference for full-time master of law education.
