摘　　要：我国刑法并没有针对虐童罪的专门条款,相关配套保护措施的缺乏导致儿童的权益无法得到有效的保障。本文以我国刑法对虐童行为的规制为主线展开论述,以期在指出刑法保护的漏洞以及提出相关有针对性的对策的情况下,为保护儿童的合法权益提出些许建议。China's criminal law does not have specific provisions for the crime of child abuse, the lack of relevant supporting measures leads to children's rights and interests can not be effectively protected. Based on China's criminal law on child abuse, this paper points out the loopholes in criminal law protection, and puts forward some countermeasures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of children.
