理工科女大学生思想政治教育教育实效性探析

摘　　要：随着我国高校体制改革的深入,越来越多的女大学生融入进高等教育的群体中来,与此同时,理工科女大学生思想政治教育的问题逐渐显现。本文在探索理工科女大学生特点的基础上,提出了增强理工科女大学生思想政治教育时效性的对策。With the deepening of the reform of colleges and universities, more and more female college students into groups of higher education, meanwhile, some problems gradually appear. Based on to explore the characteristics of female college students in science and engineering, put forward to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of female college students measures.
