摘　　要：阿维菌素属于广谱、高效的抗生素类杀虫杀螨剂,现有加工剂型主要包括乳油、微乳剂和水乳剂等。然而,这些剂型不具有缓释性,持效期短,需要频繁施药,防治成本较高。微胶囊剂可以保护囊芯物,减少用药次数,延长持效期,提高农药利用率,降低对哺乳动物毒性。本文简单综述了阿维菌素微胶囊剂的研究开发现状,旨在为阿维菌素的高效、安全应用提供一定的参考。Abamectinis a broad-spectrum and highly efficient antibiotic insecticide and acaricide.The market available formulations include emulsifiable concentrate,micro-emulsion,emulsion oil in water andsoon.However,few among the above formulations could present sustainedrelease and long persistent characteristic,which leads to frequent pesticide application and high control cost.Microcapsules formulation can protect the core material of microcapsules,reduce the application frequency,prolong the persistence,improve the utilization of pesticide and reduce toxicity to mammals.This article briefly reviewed the research and development status of abamectin microcapsule formulations,which is aimed to provide the certain reference for efficient and safe application ofabamectin.
