天水市234例扩张型心肌病临床病学的统计分析

摘　　要：对天水市234例扩张型心肌病临床病学进行统计分析,为医务工作人员提供实用统计分析思路,主要结论有:扩心病患者具有递增趋势,50岁以上患者居多,且农业患者的扩心病病情比非农业患者的重,男性发病率显著高于女性,心胸比、入院时EF、心脏大小在职业间没有显著差异,只与病情有关。The clinical data of 234 patients with DCM in Tianshui were analyzed statistically,it provided practical statistical analysis method for medical staff.The main conclusions were as follows:patients with DCM had an increasing trend,the majority of the patients were over 50 years old,and the incidence of DCM was higher in the agricultural patients than in the non-agricultural patients.The incidence of men was significantly higher than that of women,cardiothoracic ratio,EF at admission,heart size no significant difference between the occupational groups,only with the disease.
