摘 要:介绍电线电缆燃烧特点与其燃烧性能分级体系及试验方法。结合GB31247-2014《电缆及光缆燃烧性能分级》和GB/T31248-2014《电缆或光缆在受火条件下火焰蔓延、热释放和产烟特性的试验方法》,对比了新标准分级体系与原有GA306系列标准对电线电缆制品燃烧性能分级要求、试验组合、评价方式、指标范围等方面的异同,介绍新成束燃烧试验方法的测试模式和主要采集参数。以典型常见电线电缆制品为例依据新标准进行了成束燃烧试验,就新旧试验体系下可能获得的差异化试验结果进行了对比分析。The combustion characteristics of electric cables were in?troduced and the classification system and experiment methods of it were introduced too. Combining with GB 31247-2014 Classifica?tion for burning behavior of electric and optical cables and GB/T 31248-2014 Test methods for the measurement of flame spread, heat release and smoke production on electric or optical fibre cables under fire conditions, difference on classification requirement, combination of test methods, evaluation method and parameters range between this two codes were analyzed. The test mode and main parameter of new bunched cables test method were intro?duced. Typical bunched cables tests are carried out according to the new method, and differential test results were analyzed com?paratively.
