摘 要:介绍玻璃纤维增强不饱和树脂塑料的理化性能特点。以锥形量热仪、房间墙角火试验为研究手段,对玻璃纤维增强不饱和树脂塑料的燃烧性能进行了测试。锥形量热仪的锥辐射照度为50 kW/m^2,排气系统流量为0.024 m^3/s,试验时间为20min。墙角火试验中火源热输出功率前10 min为100 kW,后10min为300 kW。通过比较不同应用条件下不同标准的要求,分析玻璃纤维增强不饱和树脂塑料的火灾危险性。The physical and chemical property of glass fibre rein?forced unsaturated polyester resin plastic was introduced. By the cone calorimeter and room corner fire test, the fire behavior of glass fibre reinforced unsaturated polyester resin plastic was test?ed. The radiation density of cone calorimeter was 50 kW/m2, the gas flow was 0.024 m3/s and the test time was 20 min. The fire power was 200 kW at the first 10 min and 300 kW at the last 10 min in corner fire test. The requirements by different Codes at dif?ferent situation were compared and the fire hazards of glass fibre re?inforced unsaturated polyester resin plastics were analyzed.
