摘　　要：结合现行消防技术规范,对一类高层住宅建筑消防安全疏散设计展开探讨。结合安全疏散设计的原则和内容,分析几种典型的安全疏散设计问题,如两个安全出口之间设置连廊、前室相互连通、利用户内阳台作为安全出口等,并提出改进意见和建议,以期为高层住宅的防火设计提供参考。Combined with the current fire protection technical speci?fications,the design of fire safety evacuation of a class high-rise res?idential building was discussed. Combined with the principles and contents of design of fire safety evacuation, several typical safety evacuation problems were analyzed including corridors connecting two exits, antechamber connecting with each other and using in?door balcony as a safety outlet, and some improvement opinions and suggestions were proposed, in order to give references for fire protection design of high-rise residential building.
