摘 要:在反应温度40~80℃、氨水浓度2~6 mol/L以及反应物摩尔比1/2~1/5的条件下合成得到阻燃氢氧化镁,使用激光粒度分布仪(BT-2003)和微机差热天平(HCT-1)分别用于样品颗粒尺寸的测定和差热-热重分析,研究不同制备条件对合成阻燃氢氧化镁粒径和热分解特性的影响。根据实验结果发现:反应温度在70℃、氯化镁与氨水摩尔比为1/4、氨水浓度为2mol/L时,制得的阻燃氢氧化镁粒径最小;在反应温度50℃、氯化镁与氨水摩尔比为1/4、氨水浓度为2 mol/L时,制备得到的阻燃氢氧化镁失重率最大、吸热量最多,阻燃效果最好。氢氧化镁粒径大小与其阻燃性能之间没有直接的联系。Magnesium hydroxide flame retardants were prepared un?der the reaction temperature of 40~80 ℃, ammonia concentration of 2~6 mol/L and molar ratio of 1/2~1/5. Then, the particle di?ameters and thermal decomposition performance of magnesium hy?droxide flame retardants were characterized by BT-2003 laser par?ticle size analyzer and HCT-1 microcomputer differential thermal balance in detail. The impacts of different conditions on the parti?cle diameters and thermal decomposition performance were system?atically investigated. On the basis of the experimental data, it can be found that sample which reaction temperature is 70 ℃ and ratio of Magnesium chloride to ammonia is 1/4 and the ammonia concen?tration is 2 mol/L has the smallest particle diameter. Sample which reaction temperature is 50 ℃ and mole ratio of Magnesium to Am?monia is 1/4 and the ammonia concentration is 2 mol/L has the big?gest weightlessness rate and endothermic ability. There is no direct relation between diameter of Magnesium hydroxide and the flame retardant performance of it.
