摘 要:为科学评估企业消防安全绩效,运用SMARTAHP方法确定了企业消防安全绩效KPI体系。运用结构方程模型(SEM)对KPI体系调研数据进行因子和路径分析,构建了企业消防安全绩效评估模型。结果表明,消防安全管理对其他一级指标的影响较大,先行指标比滞后指标对消防安全绩效的影响大,各一级指标影响大小排序为:消防安全设施>消防安全意识>消防安全环境>消防安全行为>消防安全管理>火灾事故。To evaluate the performance of enterprise fire safety sci?entifically, SMART-AHP method was used to establish the enter?prise fire safety performance KPI system. Data research of the KPI system was conducted by questionnaire survey and analyzed by fac?tor analysis and path analysis of structural equation mode, which established an enterprise fire safety performance evaluation model. The results showed that fire safety management has greater effect on other first-grade indicators and leading indicators has greater ef?fect on fire safety performance than lagging indicators. The first-grade indicators influencing fire safety performance of enterprises were fire safety facilities, fire safety consciousness, fire safety en?vironment, fire safety behavior, fire safety management and fire accident in order according to their influencing importance degree.
