摘 要:目的:探讨模拟掩埋条件下心理应激复合低氧缺水缺食对大鼠的血常规和血清生化指标的影响。方法:采用雄性Wistar大鼠120只,随机分为正常对照组、缺水缺食组、单纯心理应激组、低氧复合缺水缺食组、心理应激复合缺水缺食组和心理应激复合低氧缺水缺食组,于致伤后第1天、第3天、第5天和第7天检测血常规和血清生化指标。结果:低氧复合缺水缺食可引起大鼠白细胞数和淋巴细胞数减少,红细胞数和血红蛋白含量增加,心肾功能异常;心理应激可加重中性粒细胞数的改变和心肾功能异常。单纯心理应激可引起大鼠血红蛋白含量和血小板数增加,心功能的异常;缺水缺食和低氧复合缺水缺食可加重其血小板计数的改变。结论:心理应激复合低氧缺水缺食可导致大鼠心肾功能损害和血象异常,且心理应激可加重低氧缺水缺食所致上述脏器功能的障碍。Objective:To study the effect of psychological stress combined with hypoxia and deprivation of food and water in rats on blood routine indexes and blood biochemical parameters. Methods:120 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,psychological stress group,10% hypoxia group,deprivation of food and water group,10% hypoxia combined with deprivation of food and water group,psychological stress combined with deprivation of food and water group,psychological stress combined with 10% hypoxia and deprivation of food and water group. Blood routine and blood biochemical indexes were measured at1,3,5 and 7 days after injury. Results:There were decrease of white blood cells and lymphocytes counts and increase of red blood cells counts and hemoglobin concentration,the abnormality of heart and kidney function after hypoxia combined with deprivation of food and water. And psychological stress aggravated the change of neutrophil counts and the abnormality of heart and kidney function induced by hypoxia combined with deprivation of food and water. There were increase of hemoglobin concentration and blood platelet counts,the abnormality of heart function after psychological stress. And the change of blood platelet counts was exacerbated by deprivation of food and water or hypoxia combined with deprivation of food and water.Conclusion:Psychological stress combined with hypoxia and deprivation of food and water could cause hemogram abnormality and the injury of heart and kidney function. Psychological stress could aggravate the injury caused by the hypoxia combined with deprivation of food and water.
