摘  要:对GB/T 3903.2-2008《鞋类通用试验方法耐磨性能》试验方法进行分析,并对不同类型鞋底材料进行了试验.结果表明:该方法应用于发泡类鞋底材料耐磨性能测试,测试磨痕较长,测量误差小,符合GB/T3903.2-2008的测量误差范围要求:应用于密实类鞋底材料耐磨性能测试,磨痕不明显,且长度较短,不同检测人员对于此类鞋底样品进行测试时所得测试结果存在较大偏差,同一名检测人员对此类鞋底样品重复3次的测试结果也存在较大偏差,且偏差结果不符合GB/T3903.2-2008的测量误差范围要求.The testing method of GB/T 3903.2-2008 "Footwear-General test methods-Abrasion resistance" was analyzed, and different types of sole materials were tested. The results indicate that the grinding mark is long and the measurement deviation is small when the method is used for foaming-sole materials tests. It is according with the requirements of measurement deviation range of GB/T 3903.2-2008. While when the method is used for testing the dense type sole materials, the grinding mark is not obvious, and the length is short. The testing results of different testers are obviously different for a same sole sample. The results of one tester also show signif icant differences when repeatedly testing a same sample for three times, and the measurement deviation isn’t according with the requirements of measurement deviation range of GB/T 3903.2-2008.
