摘　　要：阴茎癌我国自七十年代后发病率已不断下降。对阴茎癌原发灶及腹股沟区域淋巴结的处理尚有较大的争论.One hundred thirty three patients with earcinoma of the,penis were treated in theCancer Hospital of Shanghai Medical University.Patients classified,according to themethod of Jackson,of which 26 were irradiated because the primary lesion was<2cm,without corpora involvement,and 106 were operated by partial or complete penectomywith concomitant,because the lesion was>2cm,with corpora involvement.Bilateralinguinal nodes dissection in 97 and iliac nodes dissection in 21 cases.The 20-year survivalrates stageⅠ.ⅡandⅢpatients were 93.09%、54.11%and 37.12%respectively.Thepurpose of this report is to emphasize the role of radiation therapy for early cases and thesignificance of radical ingulnal nodes dissection in surgical treatment.
