摘　　要：肝凝集素(HL)是一种糖蛋白受体。人及鼠肝凝集素专一性地与β-半乳糖苷结合,许多血浆糖蛋白去除了唾液酸后暴露了糖链末端的β-半乳糖苷,就能和HL结合,并被肝细胞所胞饮(Endocytosis),随后被溶酶体中酶水解。Hepatic lectin binding activity of human hepatoma cells human hepatoma cell line innude rat,nitrosamine(BERH-2),methylcholanthrene(HepA)and 3’-methyl-4-dimethyl-aminoazobenzene(3’-Me-DAB)induced rat hepatoma cells has been studied withnormal human hepatocytes and normal rat hepatocytes as control,and using the radio-receptor method.The hepatic lectin binding activity of hepatoma is decreased 28.5%forBERH-2,18.7%for HepA,32.9%for 3’-Me-DAB(fed 9 weeks),29.5%for humanhepatoma cells proliferated in nude rats and 36.2%for human hepatoma,respectively,ascompared with the controls.A dynamic change of lectin binding activity of rat hepatomawas observed during the period of experiment.When the rats were fed with 3’-Me-DAB for 6 weeks,the lectin binding activity was decreased to 48.7%,42.9%when fedfor 8 weeks,and 32.9%when fed for 9 weeks.This phenomenon occurred much earlierthan the appearance of typical malignant cells in the progress of carcinogenesis.It is concluded that the decrease of hepatic lectin binding activity occurrad at the very earlystage of carcinogenesis and become more significant as tumor development advanced.
