摘  要:超快速冷却技术因具有冷却强度高、冷却均匀性好等优点,已经成为弥补热轧带钢轧后冷却能力不足的最有效手段。但在应用过程中,带钢运行速度具有时变性,变化规律差别大,同时受轧后冷却段长度短及布置特点限制,使轧后冷却工艺温度精度控制难度增大。结合国内某现场轧后冷却系统特点,对影响轧后冷却工艺温度精度的因素进行了研究,揭示了关键因素对工艺温度精度的影响规律;首次将中间温度引入计算过程,开发了超快速冷却系统多阶计算修正智能化控制策略,结合轧制生产过程中的历史数据规律,引入数据挖掘技术,减少了上游工序工艺波动对下游工艺控制的遗传性,实现了对轧后冷却工艺温度的精确控制。现场应用表明,该控制策略增强了系统运行稳定性,卷取温度命中率提高了近3%~5%,为产品的开发及批量生产提供了技术保证。For the characteristics of high cooling strength and strong cooling uniformity,ultra-fast cooling technology has been to the most effective method to make up the cooling capacity of hot rolled strip cooling after rolling.However,during the application process,time-dependent strip velocity,big difference variation,at the same time limited by the length of the cooling section after rolling and layout characteristics,which increased the difficulty of control accuracy cooling temperature after rolling.In this paper,combined with a domestic production line cooling system characteristics,the factors affecting the temperature accuracy of the cooling after rolling were studied,the influence of key factors on temperature accuracy was revealed.The intermediate temperature was first introduced into the calculation process,intelligent control strategy for multi-stage calculation and correction of ultra-fast cooling system was developed.Combined with the historical data of the rolling process,the fluctuations of upstream process on the downstream process control heredity was decreased.The precise controlling cooling temperature after rolling was improved.Industrial applications show that the stability of system is enhanced,the hit rate of CT is increased by 3%-5%,and the technical assurance for production development and batch production was provided.
