摘　　要：抑郁症是目前精神疾病的研究热点,其病因较多,机制较复杂。建立可靠、易复制且重复性较好的抑郁症动物模型是研究抑郁症机制的关键要素,现有的抑郁症动物模型主要有慢性刺激、药物诱导、嗅球切除三类,其中慢性不可预知温和刺激(Chronic unpredictable mild stimulation,CUMS)抑郁模型更符合临床抑郁症动物模型制备特点,且与临床病症具有较好的吻合度。基于此,通过数据挖掘的方式探讨CUMS抑郁模型的特点,分析实验动物的选择以及各项指标的检测特点,为抑郁症动物模型的制备以及药物研究提供参考。Depression is the current research hotspot of mental disorders,there are diverse causes,and the mechanism is relatively complex.Establishing a reliable,easy-to-replicate and reproducible animal model of depression is a key element in the researches of the depression mechanism.Present existing animal models of depression mainly were induced by the chronic stress,the drugs and the resection of olfactory bulb.Chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)model of depression is more similar with clinical conditions.Based on this,the characteristics of CUMS depression model were explored through data mining,and the selection of experimental animals and the characteristics of various indicators were analyzed to provide a reference for the establishment of depression animal models and new drug research.
