摘　　要：家政服务是社会公共服务的重要组成部分,也是一项民生工程。随着我国经济社会快速发展和人民生活质量的不断提高,人们对家政服务质量要求也在发生着变化,促使家政行业从传统服务模式向“现代化”服务模式提档升级。文章基于国内外家政服务行业发展现状分析和从业人员组成结构分析,从高校和社会两个视角出发,通过经验总结、问题分析,指出了制约家政行业发展的现存问题,并有针对性地提出了推进当前家政行业发展的对策建议,为寻求促进从业人员整体素养提升的突破口,探索科学的、可供借鉴的从业人员整体素养提升的路径奠定了基础。Domestic service is an important part of social public service.At the same time,domestic service is also a livelihood project.With the rapid development of the country’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,people’s requirements for the quality of domestic service are also changing,which prompted the domestic service industry to upgrade from a traditional service model to a“modern”service model.Based on the analysis of the development status of the domestic and foreign domestic service industry and the structure of employees,this paper puts forward the existing problems that restrict the development of the domestic service industry from the perspectives of universities and society,through experience summarization and problem analysis.At the same time,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the current domestic service industry,which lays a foundation for seeking a breakthrough to promote the overall literacy of practitioners and exploring scientific and referential ways to improve the comprehensive literacy of practitioners.
