摘　　要：为提升高职院校内部质量,健全内部质量监控体系,通过调查2008—2020年人才培养工作状态数据,分析了内部质量监控体系实施的保障条件。主要从专业、课程、人员这三个层面来构建内部质量监控结构。利用数据采集信息对标监控评价体系的评定要素,理顺监控层次,阶段性地实时监控评价数据,从而实现健全教学质量管理系统、有效提高教师教学质量、针对性地提高学生就业质量等目标。人才培养工作状态数据在内部质量监控体系的应用,为推动内部质量的良性发展提供了良好借鉴。In order to improve the internal quality of higher vocational colleges and improve the internal quality monitoring system,the guarantee conditions for the implementation of the internal quality monitoring system are analyzed by investigating the data of talent training work state from 2008 to 2020.The internal quality monitoring structure is mainly constructed from the three levels of specialty,curriculum and personnel.Using the data collection information to benchmark the evaluation elements of the monitoring and evaluation system,rationalize the monitoring levels,and periodically monitor the evaluation data in real time,so as to achieve the goals of perfecting the teaching quality management system,effectively improving the teaching quality of teachers,and pertinently improving the quality of students’employment.The application of talent training working state data in internal quality monitoring system provides a good reference for promoting the benign development of internal quality.
