摘　　要：[目的]分析广西合浦县恶性肿瘤的发病、死亡情况,为恶性肿瘤防治策略的制定提供参考依据。[方法]按照全国肿瘤登记中心制定的审核方法和评价标准,对合浦县2012—2016年恶性肿瘤发病、死亡数据进行汇总分析,按性别、年龄别、肿瘤别分析其发病和死亡情况。[结果]2012—2016年合浦县共报告恶性肿瘤新发病例11779例,死亡病例8663例。其中,粗发病率为263.21/10万,中标率为213.21/10万,世标率为203.12/10万,0~74岁累积发病率为23.36%,35~64岁截缩发病率为350.47/10万;粗死亡率为193.58/10万,中标率为151.96/10万,世标率为145.09/10万,0~74岁累积死亡率为16.85%,35~64岁截缩死亡率为229.65/10万。男性恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率均比女性高。男女前10位癌症占比均超过80%,男性前2位为肺癌(29.29%)和肝癌(25.33%);女性前3位为肺癌(20.74%)、宫颈癌(13.58%)和乳腺癌(12.94%);男女0~14岁和女性15~29岁第一位均为白血病,0~14岁占比均超过50%,60岁以上第一位均为肺癌,男性15~59岁第一位是肝癌,女性30~59岁第一位是乳腺癌或宫颈癌。[结论]2012—2016年各年度合浦县恶性肿瘤发病率及死亡率变化不大,肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、宫颈癌、鼻咽癌、乳腺癌、白血病等是该地区人群多发癌症,是需重点防控的恶性肿瘤,要结合不同性别年龄人群多发肿瘤特点,有重点地进行干预。[Purpose]To analyze the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Hepu County of Beihai City.[Methods]The incidence and mortality data of malignant tumors in Hepu County from 2012 to 2016 were collected and analyzed with stratification gender,age and tumor type.[Results]A total of 11779 new malignant tumor cases and 8663 deaths were reported from 2012 to 2016 in Hepu County.The crude incidence rate was 263.21/105,age standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASIRC)and by world standard population(ASIRW)were213.21/105 and 203.12/105,respectively.The cumulative incidence rate between 0 and 74 years was 23.36%,and the truncated incidence rate between 35 and 64 years old was 350.47/105.The crude death rate was 193.58/105,age-standardized mortality by Chinese standard population(ASMRC)and by world standard population(ASMRW)were 151.96/105 and 145.09/105,respectively.The cumulative death rate from 0 to 74 years was 16.85%,and the truncated death rate from 35 to 64 years was 229.65/105.The morbidity and mortality of men were higher than those of women,and the difference was significant.The top 10 cancers accounted for more than 80%for both men and women.The top 2 cancer incidences for men were lung cancer(29.29%)and liver cancer(25.33%).The top three cancer incidences for women were lung cancer(20.74%),cervical cancer(13.58%)and breast cancer(12.94%).The incidence of leukemia ranked the first in the 0~14 age group for men and women and the 15~29 age group for women;and accounting for more than 50%of all cancers in the 0~14 age group.The incidence of lung cancer ranked the first in over 60 year age group,that of liver cancer ranked the first in 15~59 age group for men,and breast cancer or cervical cancer was ranked the first in 30~59 age group for women.[Conclusion]The incidence rate and mortality rate of malignant tumors in Hepu County have not changed much from 2012 to 2016.Lung cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer,cervical cancer,nasopharyngeal carcinoma,breast cancer,leukemia,ar
