重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的采取重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗干眼症,分析其治疗效果。方法选取2021年1月-2021年7月本院门诊诊治的干眼症患者1563例进行研究,经系统抽样将其划分为实验组(781例)、对照组(782例)。对照组采取重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗,实验组采取重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗。比对两组的治疗总有效率、临床指标水平、生活质量测量值。结果实验组治疗总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05);实验组临床指标水平比对照组更优(P<0.05);实验组生活质量测量值比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论采取重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗干眼症,治疗效果好,不仅使患者的症状得到了明显的缓解,而且其角膜染色、泪液分泌量等情况也有所改善,生活水平得到了大幅度的提高。Objective To analyze curative effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops for xerophthalmia.Method:The paper chose 1563 cases xerophthalmia patients diagnosed and treated in our outpatient department from January 2021 to July 2021 for study,and divided them into experimental group(781 cases)and control group(782 cases)based on systematic sampling.Control group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops,while experimental group with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.Total effective rate,clinical indicator levels,and life quality measurements were compared between two groups.Result:Total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group(p<0.05).Clinical indicators of experimental group were better than control group(p<0.05).The measured values of life quality in experimental group were higher than control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops can achieve good effect in treatment of xerophthalmia,can alleviate symptoms of patients significantly,improve corneal staining,tear secretion,and living standards.
