摘　　要：目的探讨ROMA与卵巢交界性肿瘤恶变能力的关系。方法检测2018年10月-2021年11月因“腹部包块”于广东医科大学附属医院妇科就诊的患者,根据术后病理结果选择23例卵巢交界性肿瘤患者(交界性肿瘤组)、33例卵巢癌患者(卵巢癌组)。分别测定两组患者术前HE4和CA125水平,根据月经状态,计算ROMA指数。结果卵巢交界性肿瘤组ROMA指数(18±4.59)%水平低于卵巢癌组(33±6.19)%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵巢交界性肿瘤组ROMA指数提示高风险比例(34.8%)低于卵巢癌组(65.20%),两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROMA指数诊断卵巢交界性肿瘤AUC面积(22.80%),ROMA指数诊断卵巢癌的AUC面积(77.20%),两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ROMA可能会影响卵巢交界性肿瘤的恶变,可用此区分卵巢交界性肿瘤及卵巢恶性肿瘤。Objective To investigate the relationship between ROMA and the malignant ability of ovarian tumors.Methods The levels of HE 4 and CA125 were detected in 23 patients with borderline tumors(borderline group)and 33 patients with ovarian cancer(ovarian cancer group),and the ROMA index was calculated based on menstrual status.Results The ROMA index of ovarian borderline tumor group(18±4.59)%was lower than that in ovarian cancer group(33±6.19)%(P<0.05).The percent of ROMA index suggested high risk in ovarian borderline tumor group is 34.8%lower than 65.20%in ovarian cancer group(P<0.05),and there is significant difference between the two groups.ROMA index diagnosed AUC area of ovarian borderline tumors is 22.80%,and 77.20%in ovarian cancer group.Conclusion ROMA may affect malignant changes of ovarian borderline tumors,which can distinguish ovarian borderline tumor and ovarian malignancy.
