经尿道前列腺气化电切术联合睾丸切除术对晚期前列腺癌病人的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究经尿道前列腺气化电切术(TUVP)联合睾丸切除术(研究组)与非手术治疗(对照组)对比,对晚期前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法2014年至2019年所有在我科就诊且符合纳入标准的患者,研究组给予TUVP联合睾丸切除术,对照组给予基于内分泌治疗。观察指标为两组患者术前、术后3个月和术后6个月的IPSS评分、最大尿流率、残余尿量、PSA和生活质量评分。结果术前患者一般情况及观察指标无统计学差异。术后3个月研究组除生活质量评分外均低于对照组,术后6个月研究组所有观察指标均显著低于对照组。结论综上所述,经尿道前列腺气化电切术联合睾丸切除术相较于非手术治疗更能够改善晚期前列腺癌病人的生活质量。Objective To study clinical effect of transurethral vaporization resection of prostate(TUVP)combined with orchiectomy(Study Group)and non-surgical treatment(control group)on advanced prostate cancer.Methods The paper chose patients in our department treated with TUVP combined with orchiectomy in study group and endocrine based treatment in control group from 2014 to 2019.Observation indexes included IPSS scores,maximum urinary flow rate,residual urine volume,PSA and life quality scores before operation,3 months and 6 months after operation.Results There was no significant difference in general situation and observation indexes of patients before operation.3 months after operation,those of study group were lower than control group except for life quality scores.6 months after operation,all observation indexes of study group were significantly lower than control group.Conclusion To sum up,transurethral vaporization of prostate combined with orchiectomy can improve life quality of patients with advanced prostate cancer than non-surgical treatment.
